Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong items or if your items are defective, please email us at info@Hipee.com to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and resalable condition.

Once the return is received and approved, you will receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

We cannot accept returns for items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

Request a Return Form: Contact us via the form on our website. Provide your order number, email, and reason for return.

Send Your Items: Ship the items together with the completed return form to the address provided. Use a trackable and insured shipping service. Clearly mark the package as “Returns”.

Receive Your Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping; SiaaSoo cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

A valid approved Return Form must be included; without it, your return may not be processed.
